A recent project that I worked on.
𝗠𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
𝑆𝑡𝑒𝑝 1- 𝐵𝑟𝑎𝑖𝑛𝑠𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑛
▪ Brainstorm 15-16 innovative ideas to create a learning organization.
▪ Discuss all ideas as a large group and narrow them down to five.
𝑆𝑡𝑒𝑝 2 - 𝑁𝑎𝑟𝑟𝑜𝑤
▪ Break participants into five groups and have each team represent one idea.
▪ Have them provide detailed descriptions and discuss the idea's potential.
▪ Present findings to the larger group.
▪ From these five ideas, select the final three.
▪ Break participants into groups of three.
𝑆𝑡𝑒𝑝 3 - 𝐷𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑔𝑛 𝑇ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔
▪ Groups to illustrate the execution of these ideas using design thinking.
▪ Design thinking to include illustrations, sketches, storyboards, prototypes, illustrative videos, etc. Capture the essence of your idea in action.
▪ Create a micro script for your value proposition.
▪ Focus on the impact of your idea on People, Partners, Platforms (Strategies), Processes, Programs (Tactics), and Performance
𝑆𝑡𝑒𝑝 4 - 𝐹𝑎𝑐𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑒
▪ Present your design thinking activities to the larger group.
▪ Select the winning idea.
▪ Create a clear vision for change
𝑆𝑡𝑒𝑝 5 - 𝐸𝑛𝑐𝑢𝑙𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑒
▪ Coach and consult the executive sponsor and change team using Kotter's 8-Step Model
▪ Create the climate for change, engage and enable the organization, implement and sustain the learning culture
