Lesson: OD must protect mission clarity. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 and pruned of excess. Focus energizes culture and reduces burnout.

7. Transformation Over Conformity

Scripture: “Do not conform… but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” – Romans 12:2
