Alison is an executive coach and leadership development practitioner specializing in mental fitness, self-leadership, resilience, and performance under pressure.

Drawing on her corporate leadership experience, including work at 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁, she created 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱®, helping senior leaders build the awareness and mental fitness to remain calm, clear, and intentional when the stakes are high. Her work brings a powerful self-leadership dimension to The Management Sherpa.

Anne is a 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄, executive coach, adaptive leadership change catalyst, and a globally recognized leadership practitioner whose career spans executive search, organizational transformation, ministerial, board, and executive advising, public speaking, and leadership development.

Through the 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, co-founded by Harvard Professor Ron Heifetz, her work and upcoming book on "Mandela's Leadership Blueprint - An Adaptive New Way to Think, Act, and Lead and Inspire Hope Today," and her work worldwide in a "𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲" inspired by the living legacy of Nelson Mandela, Anne brings a distinctive global perspective on adaptive leadership, courageous change, and leading through uncertainty and complexity.

Through Pizzuto Leadership Partners and as a 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿, Peter helps organizations strengthen leadership capability, navigate change, and intentionally build the next generation of leaders.

As 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗮 continues to expand, I’m intentional about building a team of experienced practitioners who can meet clients where they are, challenge their thinking, and help turn insight into meaningful action.
