𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗮

I am pleased to welcome AnnaFaith Murray to The Management Sherpa™ as our new 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻!

AnnaFaith is a student at Miami University majoring in Psychology, with a minor in Marketing. She has a strong interest in professional sales, customer behavior, communication, relationship building, and business growth.

She is actively developing her sales capabilities through the Miami University Professional Sales Club and as a member of Healthcare Sales Organization Miami.

This combination of psychology, marketing, and sales makes AnnaFaith particularly well suited for one of her primary internship assignments: leading a 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗭 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 for The Management Sherpa.

Through this work, AnnaFaith will examine how Gen Z students and early-career professionals:

• Discover personal and professional development opportunities

• Navigate the transition from college into the workplace

• Evaluate bootcamps, courses, course bundles, and learning pathways

• Define authenticity, credibility, and value in a learning brand

• Engage with educational content on TikTok and Instagram

• Move from social media awareness to enrollment or purchase

Her research will inform how we build a TikTok and Instagram presence that helps #GenZ navigate the workplace, positions The Management Sherpa as a trusted development resource, and translates audience interest into meaningful learning experiences.

In addition to the research study, AnnaFaith will gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, business development, social media strategy, content creation, audience engagement, partnership development, and customer conversion

She will also gain exposure to the broader work of Montara, Ubuntu Leadership Academy, and The Surrender Project, organizations connected to the mission and work of The Management Sherpa.
