Orion Jones, Ed.D., is a leadership practitioner, educator, and human development strategist who helps leaders strengthen the person behind the position. His career spans 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀.

Across these environments, his work has centered on developing people, building stronger cultures, navigating change, and helping individuals perform with greater purpose, self-awareness, and intentionality.

Drawing on his doctoral research and the development of his 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲-𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 framework, Orion's work focuses on the internal foundations that shape how people ultimately lead others: 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆, 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲, 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲.
