Every once in a while, you’re invited into a moment that’s more than just a project—𝑖𝑡’𝑠 𝑎 𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑝𝑜𝑖𝑛𝑡.

Working with Francesca Raoelison, the Founder & CEO of Omena, was exactly that. Omena is a nonprofit organization based in Madagascar, Africa.

Through Catchafire, we connected at a time when she was leading Omena through a major leadership transition. What followed was a journey marked by courage, clarity, and commitment to growth.

Together, we:

🔹Conducted team assessments to uncover strengths and blind spots

🔹Built individual development plans (IDPs) tailored to each team member

🔹Created space for honest reflection, collective learning, and aligned execution

🔹Designed a values-aligned leadership development curriculum using The Management Sherpa™ platform
