Working withย Francesca Raoelison, the Founder & CEO ofย Omena, was exactly that. Omena is a nonprofit organization based in Madagascar, Africa.


Throughย Catchafire, we connected at a time when she was leading Omena through a major leadership transition. What followed was a journey marked by courage, clarity, and commitment to growth.
