🎄𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗮 🎄

As this year comes to a close, I’m filled with deep gratitude. 2025 has been one of the most meaningful nd transformative seasons yet for The Management Sherpa, not because everything was easy, but because doors kept opening, relationships deepened, and leaders leaned into growth with courage and humility.

Through our leadership work, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, and the 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗸𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗶 journey, I’ve watched people discover something deeper than strategy or performance. I’ve seen leaders 𝑟𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑒 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑐𝑎𝑛’𝑡 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑟𝑜𝑙, 𝑎𝑙𝑖𝑔𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑐𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑝 𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑜 𝑎 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑒𝑟, 𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑒 𝑝𝑢𝑟𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑒𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑤𝑎𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑙𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔.

From empowering teams, to equipping organizations, to walking alongside individuals discerning where faith, work, and meaning intersect, this year reminded me that 𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑒𝑛𝑠 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑛 𝑤𝑒 𝑠𝑙𝑜𝑤 𝑑𝑜𝑤𝑛, 𝑙𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑛, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑑 𝑓𝑟𝑜𝑚 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑖𝑛𝑠𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝑜𝑢𝑡.

I’m grateful for every client, student, partner, and friend who trusted us in 2025. You challenged us. You inspired us. And you reminded me that leadership rooted in integrity, compassion, and accountability truly multiplies impact. Thank you.

As we look toward 2026, my heart is full of expectation. There is more to build. More leaders to equip. More organizations ready to grow with clarity, courage, and purpose. We’ll continue refining programs, deepening experiences, and expanding the work of The Surrender Project and Avodah — helping people connect their gifts, calling, and work in meaningful ways.

This Christmas, I’m reminded that 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗺 — 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲. When we lead from that place, our work becomes service, our strategy becomes stewardship, and our success becomes something we get to share with others. Purpose met with provision used to bless others.
