I am deeply honored and truly grateful to be named one of Miami University's Top 10 Outstanding Professors for the 2024–2025 academic year.

A heartfelt thank you to Sophia van der Woert, a former student and a junior double major in Marketing and Economics, for the nomination. Your kind words, thoughtful letter, and moving speech genuinely touched me. I’m humbled and filled with gratitude.

This entire experience has been a profound #GodWink and beautiful confirmation of the decision to step away from the corporate world at 55 and step into God’s calling for this next chapter. Teaching isn’t just a profession for me, it’s a ministry. Helping students become the best version of themselves is one of the greatest honors of my life.
